Shipment and Fulfilment
- Home and courier delivery service is available for all Jion Pharmacy Online Members.
- Delivery surcharge/courier fee will be imposed.
- Customer’s goods will be delivered using Jion Pharmacy’s appointed delivery company.
- Full payment must be made online through Kipple Pay or direct bank transfer.
- Customer must provide payment advice to the outlet for verification.
- Only good(s) available at the time of purchase will be charged and delivered.
- Expect a slight delay in delivering your goods during major holiday or bad weather (Penang island only)
- Change of delivery address is not allowed once order has been made.
- Customer will receive a notification via email once delivery is ready to be made.
- Customer must be available to receive the delivered good(s) at the provided address.
- If customer is not able to collect the good(s), a representative may receive on the customer’s behalf, provided he/she is appointed by the customer and capable of doing so .
- Upon receiving the good(s), customer must present the notification for verification
- There will be additional charges for unsuccessful deliveries resulting in parcels being sent back to our outlet(s), whatever the reason(s) may be .
- Any damages/discrepancies in the good(s) must be notified to the respective outlet within 24 hours.
- Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time without prior notice.
- 10% service charge apply.
- Return courier covered by buyer.
- No return after 14 days from invoice date.
- All return items must be in good condition.
