USAGE :
● For Relief : massage Vicks Vaporub on throat, chest and back.
● For use in steam : Partly fill a bowl with steaming water, add 2 teaspoonfuls of Vaporub and inhale vapours for 10-15 minutes. Repeat as necessary.
